Globul Construction (Pty) Ltd:
During March 2001 Globul Construction (Pty) Ltd commenced trading as a new construction company. At the time the company executed work on a subcontractor basis.
During this stage Globul Construction (Pty) Ltd started with tendering on various contracts, and at the same time arranged for contract insurance and performance guarantees for future contracts.
From May 2001 to July 2002, highly skilled, experienced and dedicated individuals joined the company to form site management teams including key operators and artisans. All the individuals appointed were carefully selected and resulted in a team proudly representing Globul.
Up to April 2005, Globul Construction (Pty) Ltd continued to tender as either a Sole Entity or as a Joint Venture partner for various Small Black Owned business enterprises. During this time Globul Construction (Pty) Ltd succeeded to transfer various skills to their business partners. During this time Globul Construction (Pty) Ltd also succeeded in establishing itself as one of the up and coming civil construction companies.
Globul Roads (Pty) Ltd:
In April 2005 the need for change in structure were identified and Globul Construction (Pty) Ltd started conducting market research for a Black Economic Entity to be part of our new Vision and our road towards the future. Discussions with the Moto Development and Construction (Pty) Ltd group were very rewarding. A Black Economic Empowerment deal was concluded in February 2005, where after Globul Construction (Pty) Ltd ceased to exist as a construction concern.
This was the birth of Globul Roads (Pty) Ltd as known today. Since the establishment of Globul Roads (Pty) Ltd we successfully tendered for and were awarded various Multi-million Rand contracts.
